Experience:
Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed university.
No third class, division, or equivalent at any stage of the candidate’s academic career.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the education sector, with proven expertise in skill development, college/institute management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in establishing educational institutions, curriculum development, and designing training programs.
Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and people management skills.
Education & Institutional Development:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Bdcalling Academy, ensuring high-quality delivery of skill development programs and institutional excellence.
Develop and implement strategic, academic, and operational plans to maintain the Academy’s standards and growth.
Oversee curriculum design, course development, and certification programs aligned with industry standards.
Recruit, mentor, and manage faculty, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure high performance and training effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and government guidelines for skill development institutes.
Introduce and maintain modern learning methods, digital platforms, and blended training approaches to enhance learning outcomes.
Plan, establish, and manage new educational institutions such as polytechnic institutes, schools, and colleges according to management requirements — including feasibility studies, project planning, budgeting, and operational setup.
Build strategic partnerships with universities, professional bodies, and industry experts to enhance institutional credibility and recognition.
Oversee marketing, admissions, and institutional engagement strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
Monitor and evaluate academic and operational performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Training & Development
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the company’s Learning & Development (L&D) team.
Conduct training needs assessments and develop structured L&D programs.
Oversee training module development for technical, behavioral, and leadership competencies.
Evaluate training effectiveness and outcomes to ensure measurable impact.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
