Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans. Forecast to achieve the company's sales target and objectives.
∎ To make sales forecast for ensuring availability of product as well as for production planning.
∎ To set-up national & territorial & head wise sales targets.
∎ To ensure product coverage plan for increasing product visibility & product coverage in existing dealer outlets.
∎ To set-up dealer targets in each territory to achieve the company's objective.
∎ Responsible for sales team building, sales target achievement through the team's monitoring.
∎ Review and analyzes sales performances against programs and plans to determine effectiveness.
∎ To increase dealer outlets to cover the uncovered areas.
∎ To find potential markets and make strategic plans for launching new products.
∎ To work closely with marketing and brand team for developing promotional activities.
∎ To ensure outlet coverage with maximum number of product SKU.
∎ To plan for sales call development for better output.
∎ To Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Market Reading Capability & Decision Making Ability.
∎ Proven Experience in Cement Industry.
∎ Track records of achieving sales targets, market penetration & team management.
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with a sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Must be able to professionally communicate with Principals, negotiate terms and price
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good communication, drafting and reporting skills.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, office outlook & Internet.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
