∎ A leading Real Estate Developer Constructing high rise building is looking for a pro-active, smart dynamic and energetic candidate for the following post.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Presenting & selling company products / services to current & potential clients.
∎ The building, establishing, & maintaining a good relationship with clients.
∎ Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
∎ Developing, maintaining good product & Marketing Knowledge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have to maintain & control the Marketing & Sales department.
∎ Must have to achieve the sales target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10-12 years of practical experience in the field of Real Estate Development Especially high rise apartment building
∎ Applicants should be good looking, smart, energetic, hard-working, honest, well mannered and intelligent.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Positive attitude towards challenges.
∎ Must have good written and speaking ability in English & Bangla.
∎ Strong customer service skills.
