∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline preferably MBA, Marketing, English, Public Administration, International Relation or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Presenting and selling Products/ Services to current & potential Clients.
∎ Building, establishing and maintaining good relationship with the Clients.
∎ Having strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
∎ Updating Sales Information to the Head of Department.
∎ Achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales target.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03-05 years of practical experience in the field of Real Estate Industry especially selling of High Rise Apartment Buildings.
∎ Applicants should be good looking, smart, energetic, hard-working, honest, well mannered and intelligent.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Positive attitude towards challenges.
∎ Must have good written and speaking ability in English & Bangla.
∎ Strong Customer Service Skills.
