∎ Minimum Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any recognized Public University preferably from BUET.

Job Context:
∎ This is Senior Management Position. A leading Group of Company focusing Real Estate business having it`s head office at Banani is urgently looking for some vacant positions.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Banani, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smooth coordination with Corporate Office Construction Management Team.
∎ Coordination with Design Consultants [Structural, Electrical, Architectural and Plumbing] for effective implementation of Projects.
∎ Coordination with Supply Chain Department to ensure timely supply of Materials.
∎ Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to Projects and control at Site.
∎ Preparation and implementation of Project Schedule as per targets set by the Management.
∎ Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP).
∎ Design and implementation of Training Programs for site Technical and Non-technical Staff.
∎ Ensure Quality Works and Quality Product and Authentication/ Certification of Bills.
∎ Ensure overall Quality Control in the Projects as per the standard set by the Management.
∎ Report Project Status and Progress and prepare Interim/ Revised Project Schedule.
∎ Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall Project Schedule.
∎ Liaising and managing Third Party Contractors to ensure all Equipments are fit for purpose.
∎ Supervise Daily Construction/ Civil Work of specific Project.
∎ Drafting Contract Administration Correspondence.
∎ Must be able to read Working Drawing.
∎ Estimate Materials Quantities from Working Drawing.
∎ Manage Suppliers and Contractors.
∎ To handle Engineering Design.
∎ Proper knowledge about Project Layout.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10-15 (years) of practical experience in the field of Real Estate Development in a similar position for constructing of High Rise Buildings.
∎ Smart and ambitious Professionals.
∎ Minimum 10-15 years practical experience in Real Estate Construction / Civil Works.
∎ Computer Literacy: Auto Cad, MS Word, Excel, etc.
