Job Context:
∎ This is a Mid Level Position. Best Mark Group is looking for proactive, energetic and highly motivated Professional for its Logistics & Estate Management Department with relevant experience & knowledge in the Real Estate Industry.
∎ Job Location: Corporate Head Office, Banani, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having in-depth knowledge about all activities related to Plan Approval from RAJUK.
∎ Land information collection for Land Report/ Vetting/ opinion such as: Land Use, Height Clearance from Civil Aviation, Road Width or any other obligation(s) before signing of the Deed of Agreement and Power of Attorney.
∎ Updating all kinds of Land related Documents.
∎ Having knowledge about the "Ownership Chain" of Land Documents for Free Hold and Lease Hold Lands.
∎ Mutation from RAJUK, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works, AC Land Office along with the Foreign Ministry related Works.
∎ Power of Attorney (POA) Acceptance Approval from RAJUK, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works Attestation and Authentication from DC Office.
∎ Land Use Permission/ TP Clearance, Estate Clearance, SPA/SPC from RAJUK.
∎ Demarcation, Unification and Construction Permission from RAJUK, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works.
∎ NOC Collection from: SPA/ SPC of RAJUK, CAAB, Fire Service & Civil Defense. If required from: KPI, WASA, TITAS, DPDC, DESA, DESCO, City Corporation, Traffic Police, DTCA, Environment, etc
∎ Dealing with Fire and Civil Aviation and other Government Authorities for adopting Clearance regarding Fire issues.
∎ Obtaining Occupancy Certificate from RAJUK.
∎ Coordinating with Sub-registry Office for Registration, Mutation etc.
∎ Coordinating with various Regulatory Bodies such as REHAB, City Corporation, WASA, DESCO, DPDC, DESA, TITAS, RISC, BRTA, etc.
∎ Keeping liaison with Bashundhara Authority Office and collecting all kinds of approval and permissions like Gate Pass, Temporary Gate Pass, Engineering Audit, Land Document Checking, Casting Approval, Advertisement Permission, etc.
∎ Maintaining liaison with Police and Government Security Agencies as and when required.
∎ Updating the Papers and Documents of Vehicles.
∎ Having knowledge about Company Documentations and accomplishing regular updates.
∎ Any other Assignment as assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10-15 years of practical experiences in Logistics & Estate Management Area of prominent Real Estate Company.
∎ Age Limit 35-50 years
∎ Applicants should be smart, energetic, hard-working, honest, well mannered and intelligent.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Positive attitude towards challenges.
∎ Having good written and speaking ability in English & Bangla.
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Word, Excel
