Job Context:
∎ A leading Real Estate Developer Company Constructing high rise building is looking for pro-active, smart dynamic and energetic candidates for the following posts.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Banani, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Land for Joint Venture Real Estate projects at different lucrative areas in Bangladesh. Moreover, searching and procuring of new Lands for Development.
∎ Land information collection for Land report/ vetting / opinion before signing the Deed of Agreement and Power Attorney such as: Land Use, Height Clearance, Road width or any other obligation. Has to know the ownership chain of land documents for free hold & Lease hold Lands.
∎ Eligible candidates must have adequate ability to negotiate with the land owners for purchasing/ developing lands for Real Estate Projects.
∎ Mutation from RAJUK, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works, AC Land office along with the Foreign Ministry related works.
∎ Power of Attorney (POA) acceptance approval from RAJUK, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works attestation and authentication from DC office.
∎ Land use permission/ TP Clearance, Estate Clearance, SPA/SPC from RAJUK.
∎ Demarcation, unification and construction permission from RAJUK, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works.
∎ NOC collection : SPA/SPC of RAJUK, CAAB, Fire Service & Civil Defense. ( If need : KPI, WASSA, Titas, Electricity, City Corporation, Traffic Police, DTCA, Environment etc)
∎ Occupancy Certificate obtaining & Registration process of Sub-registry office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of practical experience in the field of Real Estate Business especially high rise apartment building
∎ Applicants should be good looking, smart, energetic, hard-working, honest, well mannered and intelligent.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Positive attitude towards challenges.
∎ Must have good written and speaking ability in English & Bangla.
