Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 2 to 5 years of online sales or call center experience to USA or EU Market
∎ Having experience in the software industry will be counted as an added qualification

∎ Fluent Communication skills in speaking, listening and writing English
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Software Industry or similar
∎ Should have experience in sales to foreign customers
∎ Building an effective Relationship with the customers & maintaining client Database in CRM.
∎ Managing customer's Sales Pipeline by follow-up.
∎ Experience in the whole customer journey:
∎ Lead = > requirement exploration through sales call or online meeting = > Online Software Product demo => Answering queries through email = > Pricing negotiation = > Closing deals => post-sales support
∎ Ability to achieve the target and cope with the sales working pressure individually.
∎ Ability to do Market Planning, Market Research, and building sales pipeline through cold calling
∎ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales person to contribute in generating sales for Eyaana AI BOT for Enterprise Client
∎ Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
∎ Any other assigned work of the company's management instruction.
∎ Follow up with clients through phone calls.
∎ Arrange meetings and project visits for the clients.
∎ Report on sales activities to senior management.
∎ Close the deal through proper documentation.
