  • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of technology-enabled business models.

Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Global Head – Product & Business Development (Cloud, Cybersecurity & Partner Network) to drive global growth, boost revenue, and expand our partner ecosystem through Betopia’s in-house products and cloud–cybersecurity solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Business Growth & Strategy

    • Design and execute global and regional business growth strategies.

    • Identify and capture new market opportunities across cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology segments.

    • Drive P&L performance, top-line growth, and operational efficiency across business units.

    • Develop and execute strategic partnerships and B2B alliances to expand market presence.

  2. Partnerships & Ecosystem Leadership

    • Build and manage global partnerships and channel networks to accelerate business development.

    • Negotiate strategic alliances, co-marketing, and co-selling initiatives with global technology leaders.

    • Ensure partnerships deliver measurable revenue impact and sustainable growth.

  3. Product & Market Innovation

    • Shape product strategy to align with business needs and market opportunities.

    • Identify high-value solutions that drive customer adoption and profitability.

    • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create commercially successful offerings.

  4. Team Leadership & Organizational Excellence

    • Lead and mentor multicultural teams across regions with a focus on ownership, accountability, and performance.

    • Build a culture of execution excellence, customer focus, and strategic agility.

    • Develop regional business leaders capable of driving localized growth with a global mindset.
