∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for on time delivery of a 100% export oriented woven washing factory.
∎ Ensure maximum efficiency of all machines, optimum production, on-time delivery of goods and standard quality.
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals.
∎ Ensure product safety and quality.
∎ Plan, organize, lead & control total activity of a washing factory in order to achieve the target set by management.
∎ Ensure proper house-keeping in the production floor.
∎ Research & development for all wash processes for the sample.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage.
∎ Maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training and technology upgrade.
∎ Manage work in progress costing, quality and tracking.
∎ Minimize chemical cost & water usage.
∎ Maintain proper safety measures in the factory.

Salary: Negotiable
