Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage employee life cycle related operations to enable smooth functioning of work across ‘TWINERY’ & compliance with legal requirements.
∎ Manage employee relations to ensure the company culture is favorable for employees.
∎ Ensure accurate execution of monthly payroll and other benefits.
∎ Responsible for overall employee engagement in the interest of employee wellbeing. Introduce alumni across innovation for collaboration.
∎ Coordinate and in charge of employment-related intellectual property.
∎ Carry out rigorous induction/onboarding processes enabling customized aid in employee absorption into the organization's structure, culture, and work routines.
∎ Coordinate between employee and line manager for proper review process, both behavioral and performance, during probationary terms.
∎ Handle correspondence related to employee's personal files in accordance with compliance and audits.
∎ Coordinate and in charge of employment related firm intellectual property.

Salary: Negotiable
