• With technical knowledge and skills, candidates’ ability to speak, read and communicate with Japanese language is essential for this job

• Conduct new product & technical seminars for Juki agents & Customers. Visit factories, check production lines & suggest line solution products to meet customer demand. Prepared demo machines for customers, sent to factories & adjust machines according sewing process.
• Use sales tools, such as sewing samples, comparison between Juki & others, operation videos, etc. Also, prepare the Juki machines list according to customer requirements, visit factories with agents, and visit Juki global customers for further assistance.
• Organized product & technical seminars for the Juki team, dealers & customers.
• Selecting Juki customers, visiting factories, presenting to customers about the benefits of genuine parts, showing promotional videos, etc. Also informed customers from time to time about any promotional offer from the Juki side.
• Promote knit machines, automatic knit machines, Juki Eco products, devices, auxiliary items, etc.
• Providing technical support such as installation, sewing tests, adjusting machines, trained factory mechanics, etc. Managed electronics support to end users, like - replacing damaged boards, and repairing circuit boards under Juki policy.
• Take care of non-apparel users, like - selecting machines according to material, adjusting machines, visiting factories of non-apparel, handy crafts, Jute products, furniture makers, leather product customers, etc.
• Specify sales technical support scheme.
• Review and conduct requests for sales technical support
• Decide how to deal with complaints.
