∎ Skills Required: Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, FMCG Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Electronics Showroom, Retail Sales, Showroom operations, Showroom Sales and Marketing, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have depth Knowledge about showroom development and showroom management.
∎ Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually, and submitting time projections to corporate management for approval.
∎ Monitor and generate all kinds of reports including slow moving & dead items.
∎ Prepare monthly Showroom sales plan & execute accordingly to achieve sales target.
∎ Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
∎ Ensure collection of market dues, bad debts, recovery, settlement and adjustment.
∎ Coordinate/Follow up with supply chain personnel for timely delivery of the products for ensuring availability of products in the desired locations.
∎ Prepare different types of report for the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitors Sales & Activities Analysis etc.
∎ Strong monitoring of sales force & distributors 'commission management system.
∎ Solve the Showroom/ Distributors' / end users' problems (such as product delivery, payment system, rate, commission, offer etc.)
∎ Should have thorough and clear knowledge/understanding about respective market/zone/region regarding market size/volume, market share of different brands/company, market potentiality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Candidates who are experienced in retail channel in Electronics background encourage to apply.
