∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Development Agency, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the organization.
∎ Meet the company's sales target set by top management.
∎ Communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners, landowner, and client and supervise guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
∎ Prepare & implement comprehensive business plan to facilitate and achievement by planning, cost effective operations & market development activities.
∎ Have the capability to bring and setup the whole sales & Marketing team to whom he lead
∎ Set up guideline for Sales & Marketing team to develop effective Sales & Marketing strategy.
∎ Ensure and oversee company's financial performances, investments & other business ventures.
∎ Any other task assign by higher management.
