∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ The incumbent has to visit the client.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ Setting Sales goals & developing sales strategies
∎ The incumbent have to visit client.
∎ Creating new customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Handling customer queries and complaints
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement
∎ Maintain & Update customer database
∎ Any other Tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experience to sales on new and old ready apartments.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
