Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for managing and leading overall Sales & Marketing functions of TBL.
∎ Drive value/revenue /profitability objectives for the country as per Annual Operation Plan through execution while building the team and organizational capability for business growth and sustainability.
∎ Driving team to ensure market execution as per plans, to increase outlet base, strengthen distribution base and enhance asset charging.
∎ Monitor progress against the business plan and Sales & Operating plan on a regular basis.
