Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional Certification in Sales and Marketing will be preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Client Relationship Management, Corporate Marketing, Direct Sales, Market Research and Development, Real Estate Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Developer, Group of Companies, Insurance, Multinational Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design relevant marketing and sales strategy.
∎ Refine overall brand positioning, USP and create brand guidelines
∎ Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
∎ Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models.
∎ Create and execute marketing and PR strategy for pre-launch and post launch era consistent with the overall business strategy.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plan, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Develop and lead a highly qualified sales team and strengthen business activities.
∎ Developing annual sales plan and achieve sales target as per plan.
∎ Meet the company's revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong leadership capability & team building efficiency.
∎ Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Will be responsible for Sales & Marketing of Rupayan City Uttara Project.
