Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.
∎ Ensure the production and shipments occur on the planned date.
∎ Work with the design teams to involve in bringing Innovations and sustainable products to the table.
∎ Monitor the factory’s overall operation starting from receiving raw materials to finished products.
∎ Provide ongoing training, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
∎ Work closely with the industrial engineering team to reduce the MMR and 5M methodology.
