Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.
∎ Work with directors to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic framework.
∎ Work closely with the design teams to involve in bring Innovations and sustainable products to table.
∎ End to end responsibility in the process of business development, Order execution.
∎ Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
∎ Design packs / development sample process for relevant season / Phases.
∎ Feedback follow up on each season customer sign offs with narrow down styles.
∎ Sourcing fabrics / trims and innovation developments follow ups.
∎ Price negotiation and costing finalization with customers.
∎ Order placement & delivery confirmation.
∎ Capacity allocations and production follow ups.
∎ Shipment process & customer communications.
