Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring production & sales of ready-mix concrete.
∎ Manage the sales & marketing staff, providing mentoring, establishing high performance standards and leading continuous improvement efforts in the organization.
∎ Organize and manage marketing functions, including market development, brand image development, product management, marketing communications & technical support.
∎ Evaluate emerging market and consumer needs competitive forces and technological implementations in the market.
∎ Responsible for any loss, breakage and damage if any caused by your willful negligence and improper way at doing your duties.
∎ Responsible to develop new articles time to time as per the trend of market & customers demand.
