Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing marketing for Woven (formal/suit) manufacturing with a capacity of 2.00 million USD per month
∎ Monitoring merchandising execution at every level and taking necessary steps to achieve order and delivery targets for financial goals
∎ Implementing and improving routines and procedures to support a smooth supply chain, including supporting supplier meetings to address issues
∎ Negotiating prices, following up with buyers, and addressing customer complaints on a priority basis
∎ Liaising with buyers to facilitate merchandising activities like order booking, processing, and export planning, and onboarding new buyers/markets
∎ Making product presentations to customers based on season, timeline, and trend, and converting them to orders
∎ Providing input for the development of new customers, products, and trend, and converting them to orders Providing input for the development of new customers, product, and markets, including scanning the business environment for revenue generation options through market intelligence and other sources
∎ Coordinating with operations, production planning, and quality assurance departments to ensure timely procurement and dispatch
