Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven General Manager to lead our international buyer development and global marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong network with overseas buyers and a proven track record in generating export business within the apparel sector.
Develop new international buyers across Europe, UK, USA, and other global markets.
Generate direct buyer leads at brand and importer level.
Maintain and expand long-term relationships with existing customers.
Conduct buyer meetings (physical and virtual).
Lead product development with partner factories (Knit, Woven, Sweater).
Handle costing, pricing negotiation, and margin control.
Coordinate with factories for sampling, production, and shipment execution.
Prepare marketing presentations and company profiles.
Participate in international trade fairs and sourcing exhibitions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Lead and supervise the international marketing team.
