Responsibilities & Context:
Establish and coordinate preventive and regular maintenance programs, safety procedures, service schedules, and ensure the timely supply of materials to maintain all machinery and equipment in optimal working condition.
Develop and implement cost reduction and energy-saving plans in alignment with organizational goals.
Review and verify all project installation drawings and technical vendor submittals to ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and project requirements.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and execute new engineering projects in accordance with the approved time and action plan.
Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of mold prevention and related engineering activities within the plants.
Prepare monthly engineering budgets, communicate them to relevant stakeholders, monitor performance, and highlight any major variances throughout the month.
Circulate daily reports on temperature and humidity readings of the warehouse, CTPAT, and dry room to maintain compliance and operational consistency.
