∎ The candidate who has a foreign degree in Hotel Management would get more preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maximizing and managing ongoing trends of revenue of the hotel, and ensuring that the guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
∎ Identifies and seeks out potential business in the local market. Maintains relationships with local companies and key people to increase the hotel's visibility within the local market.
∎ Plan and drive day-to-day business operations to achieve targeted sales and profit.
∎ Corporate client handling and taking part in new client acquisition along with the sales team whenever required.
∎ Hold regular briefings and meetings with all heads of departments (HODs) and coordinate with them to execute all functions and activities.
∎ Set the properties Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) in short tenure and ensures that all the SOPs are implemented and compliant accordingly.
∎ Set high standard service quality and ensure smooth implementation to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
∎ Handling complaints, and overseeing the service recovery procedures.
∎ Be accountable for the responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.
∎ To ensure the hotel’s hygiene and security for the best customer experience and suggest management for further progression.
∎ To ensure the hotel fully complies with all relevant Government and Local Authority Legislation relevant to the operation of the hotel as a business and employer.
∎ Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management.
∎ Strong Analytical ability within the hotel and tourism industry.
∎ Strategic Business Knowledge, Communication, and presentation skills.
∎ The ideal candidate should have the on-hand experience to operate PMs Software.
∎ Performs duties in all aspects of hotel operations whenever needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 to 10 years of excellent service record as General Manager or Senior-Level Managerial capacity at any 3 to 5-star category chain hotel at home or abroad.

Salary: Negotiable
