Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The General Manager / Head of Finance & Accounts holds a crucial role within the organization; and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the total Finance & Accounts operation and cost management of the respective Business Cluster of Pretty Group.
∎ This role is responsible for ensuring effective financial planning, analysis, reporting, and cost control to support the organization's financial goals and objectives by providing strategic financial guidance, managing costs, and ensuring effective financial management practices.
∎ Financial Planning and Analysis:Leading the financial planning and budgeting process of the respective Cluster of SBUs of the Group.Analyzing financial performance, variances, and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Developing financial models and forecasts to support decision-making and resource allocation.
