Responsibilities & Context:
A reputed textile/manufacturing company is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic GM – Accounts to lead its finance & accounts operations. The candidate must have strong knowledge of textile costing, compliance, and financial management.
Oversee overall accounting and financial operations of the organization
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and management reports
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory requirements
Monitor cost control, inventory costing, and factory accounts
Manage cash flow, banking, and financial planning
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Implement and maintain internal control systems and policies
Lead and supervise the accounts & finance team
