Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Management:
∎ Develop monthly and weekly production schedules to meet production volumes and deadlines.
∎ Oversee raw material management, ensuring appropriate inventory levels.
∎ Monitor production lines to maximize efficiency.
∎ Perform regular equipment maintenance and address breakdowns to ensure stable operations.
∎ Labor Management:
∎ Ensure a safe work environment, adhering to safety standards.
∎ Recruit and train personnel to enhance skills.
∎ Manage working hours to prevent overwork and ensure compliance with labor laws.
∎ Cost Management:
∎ Implement initiatives to reduce production and operating costs.
∎ Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring operations stay within budget.
∎ Control daily expenses to minimize unnecessary costs.Safety Management:
∎ Enforce strict hygiene standards and comply with food safety regulations.
∎ Implement safety measures to prevent accidents.
∎ Develop and practice emergency response plans.
∎ Environmental Management:
∎ Ensure compliance with waste disposal and wastewater management regulations.
∎ Promote energy efficiency and recycling to reduce environmental impact.
∎ Communication Management:
∎ Facilitate internal communication to enhance teamwork.
∎ Maintain relationships with JV partners, suppliers, and customers to foster cooperation.
