Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing daily administrative and business operations.
∎ Hiring & Training low-level managers and staff.
∎ Monitoring and supervision of Customer Service & Support Team.
∎ Corporate and Home Client Marketing.
∎ Branch office operations - Visit and Travel from time to time.
∎ The ability to multitask effectively.
∎ Ability to work at a fast pace and respond effectively to change requests.
∎ Developing and implementing growth strategies.
∎ Marketing and expanding operational area - including other districts under Dhaka Division.
∎ Evaluating performance and productivity.
∎ Analyzing accounting and financial data.
∎ Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
∎ Generating reports and giving presentations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Communication skills to discuss issues with employees and vendors and provide prompt follow-up.
∎ Advance problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 60000 (Monthly)
