Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for plan, run and lead the quality department as per buyers' quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample etc.)
∎ Managing staff, overseeing production processes, analyzing data, and developing strategies or policies for higher quality garments
∎ To ensure quality concern staff work independently for all quality control activities including quality control, quality assurance, audit, In-process inspection, in-line inspection, traffic light system, skip bundle, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective and sustainable
∎ Building company image by collaborating with buyers, organizations of employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
∎ Oversee, co-ordinate and promote the company Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet buyer's requirements.
∎ Developing and analyses statistical data and product specifications to determine present standard and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products;
∎ Responsible for quality function through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing;
∎ Managing and measure the performance of the key local and worldwide suppliers.
∎ Working with effectively interacts with technical, development and production teams to maintain product quality: ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Reviewing and Update Company's quality control manual modules and materials relevant to productivity and quality control.
∎ Developing and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.
∎ Planning promoting and organizing, training activities related to product quality and reliability. Reviewing output samples against the sample and Follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Developing and implement the inspection criteria and procedure
∎ Monitor & ensure product quality from fabric in house to finish goods;
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions
∎ Customers' requirement throughout the factory manufacturing process and examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications, take challenges and equipped with necessary drive based on KPI, motivation and hunger to make a bench mark in garments industry.
∎ Ensure buyer findings/comments are taken action immediately with the relevant team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s) experience in the quality department of an RMG factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory.
∎ At least 5 years as Manager in Quality Assurance department in similar section
∎ • Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An eye for detail, to catch defects
∎ Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
∎ Leadership skills, to manage cross-functional projects and teams.
∎ Math skills - data reporting, measuring, calibrating, and calculating specifications are just some of the many skills you should possess.
∎ Critical thinking skills, to help work through customer problems and production issues, as well as develop strategies for improving product quality.
∎ Physical strength and stamina, as they will be on their feet much of the day..
