Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Bachelor/Master in Animal Husbandry or Dairy Technology with minimum CGPA 3.00 or 1st division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops dairy development strategy consistent with AI enterprise and government laws and regulations;
∎ Plans and prepares budget and supervises implementation of dairy development;
∎ Effective management of capex of dairy development project;
∎ Source new intelligence on dairy development;
∎ Develop & implement quality improvement plans to mitigate risks of contaminants in dairy;
∎ Manage supplier relationship and provide technical support for dairy development;
∎ External collaboration with other institutions for dairy development and milk quality improvement;
∎ Execute risk management programs and drive continuous gross margin improvements for dairy sustainability.
∎ Coach and inspire internal and external teams to assure successful alignment and execution of dairy development;
∎ Work closely with the functional heads to fulfill the optimal dairy system requirements;
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor;
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment;
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure;
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on project management, GMP, GAP, QMS, food safety is essential.
∎ Having working experience in reputed local or global dairy industry will be added advantage.
