∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ ACA/FCA/FCMA with Masters/ MBA (Accounting/Finance) from any public/reputed private Universities with good academic record.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: FCA, ACA
∎ Skills Required: Finance & Bank Operation, Portfolio Management, Product Costing and budgeting

Budgeting, Cost control, Forcasting, Margin Analysis, Profitability Analysis

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involved in corporate planning during organizational restructuring at all levels
∎ Involved in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company
∎ Involved in Financial projections of collaborations / joint ventures envisaged.
∎ Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting
∎ Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Working Capital loans, Term Loans, L/C Limit facilities(At side, Back to Back & EDF ),Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements
∎ Procurement of Foreign Exchange Loans under different lines of credit and arranging guarantees from Financial Institutions for foreign currency loans in favor of foreign lenders
∎ Surplus Fund Management in terms of placement of inter-corporate deposits to Corporate
∎ Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposal
∎ Fixing up arrangements of working capital
∎ Arranging Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantee
∎ Arranging Suppliers' Credit and Buyers' Credit
∎ Placement of commercial papers
∎ Liaising with Senior Officials of Banks and Financial Institutions,
∎ Finalization of accounts, other unit & sister concern
∎ Stores/ Materials accounting
∎ Tax audit details preparation
∎ Computerized accounting
∎ Debtors' management and credit control
∎ Accounting Standards and their implementation
∎ Oversee Personal taxation - employees
∎ Oversee Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals
∎ Look after monthly and yearly return submission, hearing and assessment finalization VAT & TAX authority
∎ Monitor deduction of Tax at source and deposit them to the government treasure on time.
∎ Oversee and coordinate the Accounts, Internal Audit department on preparation of Accounts Reports considering Tax & VAT.
∎ Oversee Tax & VAT audit reports and handle professional Tax & VAT authorities individually. Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
∎ Responsible for efficient operation of Tax & VAT related accounting activities of the Organization.
∎ Advising on Tax & VAT planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Tax liability).
∎ Candidate should lead and guide accounts team. Candidate should be well acquainted with tally and ERP software.
∎ Candidate should well know in MIS Costing, Prepare Accounts and Report to Top Management.
∎ Budget preparation and Budgetary controls
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 5 years experience as a "GM-Accounts & Finance"
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be experienced with arranging Project Finance for various projects as well as Expansions.
∎ Knowledge of innovative Financing Structures and Funding Mechanisms will serve as an added advantage for the applicant.
