Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree preferably in any discipline preferably in Social science/Social work / Psychology/Anthropology/ administration.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the caseworkers to properly document and provide, confidential services to survivors of GBV, grounded in IASC Guideline on, survivor-centered case management approach.
∎ Responsible to make decision by Case Workers to provide safe referral for sexual assault survivors to access clinical care at the nearest facility
∎ Ensure client files are safely stored and accurately filed
∎ Support the maintenance of the IASC case management system by maintaining client confidentiality
∎ Regularly update the GBVIMS data base with information collected in the intake forms
∎ Identify case management supply needs and raise the purchase requests.
∎ Supervise, mentor and support Case Workers and GBV Assistants
∎ Plan, review and revise (if necessary) the activities at SSWG (in consultation with other SSWG staff)
∎ Validate the data that Case Workers enter on GBV IMS
∎ Management (incl. maintenance) of SSWG operation
∎ Network with other SSWGs in Camp 19 and referral points & update referral pathway, etc.
∎ Support caseworkers to provide timely consent based interagency referrals for survivors in need of other services and advocate for them where necessary
∎ Lead inter agency case review meetings per agreed timelines
∎ Follow-up with service providers, community based support groups and the survivors themselves to ensure GBV survivors receive timely support
∎ Monitor caseworkers and outreach volunteers to ensure any planned home visits is first discussed with the response officer and the survivor to minimize potential risks to survivors and the involved staff.
∎ Lead coordination meeting with stakeholders if required.
∎ Participate in interpretation of the analyzed data on GBV reporting trends to inform intervention areas
∎ Participate in the development of case management monitoring systems and ensure consistent use and application
∎ Participate in preparation of relevant reports regarding case management services
∎ Track and manage project budget lines related to case management activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Clear Understanding on the issues project has to work on.
∎ Knowledge on current development and emergence issues
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and design documents of the project.
∎ Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting
∎ Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
∎ Proven management and leadership ability
∎ Good communication and networking skill
∎ Chittagong/Rohingya language skills will be taken into consideration. Good command & understanding in English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
∎ Decision making and conflict resolution skills
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation
∎ At least 1.6 years (One & half years) relevant work experience
∎ Able to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving/riding license

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
