Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline preferably in Project management/development studies/ Social studies/Social welfare/ Psychology/MBA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The GBV coordinator will provide technical support to the implementation of overall project activities. The GBV coordinator will lead the project team and ensure the overall interventions are technically sound, take into accounts best practices, and are appropriately meeting the needs of target beneficiaries e.g. PWD’s, women, girls and men in the targeted refugee sites.
∎ The GBV coordinator will report to the GBV Advisor and work closely with Partners, sector leads, Finance, SCM, Coms, MEAL and Programs to ensure the elements of the projects is within the required standards

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for coordinating project staffs, act as the key person for the project.
∎ Prepare DIP, ITT, report(s) etc.
∎ Support implementation of Response strategy activities across all sectors
∎ Provide technical leadership in GBV prevention and response programming, supporting and empowering partners and WV staff to creative, effective and comprehensive programming.
∎ Provide technical support on design of service and activities of the project and support WV staff and partner organizations through trainings and monitoring.
∎ Build capacity of project staff and partner organizations and work closely with MEAL to ensure reliable M&E systems, better data management, and ethical GBV data collection and information management.
∎ Provide technical support to ensure program quality inclusive of regular technical monitoring of case management and PSS service under the program.
∎ Regularly attend GBV cluster meetings at appropriate levels to feed into WV priorities in the field.
∎ Ensure field concerns are brought to relevant stakeholders to push for standard and procedures that systemize GBV implementation and coordination in the field.

∎ Knowledge on Humanitarian Response. Essential
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to write reports, project concept paper and design documents of the project. Essential
∎ Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting. Essential
∎ Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools. Desirable
∎ Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs. Essential
∎ Experience to lead/coordinate Consortium projects. Desirable
∎ Deep knowledge in disability inclusion, GBV/protection and Wash sector. Experience in preparing DIP, ITT, Monitoring plan, procurement plan, Cash flow etc. Essential
∎ Chittagong/Rohingya and Bengali language skills will add value. Very Good command in English both written and verbal is essential.
∎ Decision making and conflict resolution skills. Essential
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation. Preferred
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation. Essential
∎ Minimum of 2 years working experiences in the relevant field
∎ World Vision experience. Preferred
∎ Should be willing and able to travel in camp location regularly.
