Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC/HSC degree in relevant field

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Garden Facilitators will be the frontline workers and key input in the project
∎ organizing in community engagement level and will closely work with the Project Officer. The GF will
∎ assist communities develop linkages with various Government and non-Government functionaries in
∎ community level.
∎ Main focus of task:
∎ ? With the POs develop and implement effective supervision mechanism for ensuring quality
∎ program implementation in the field.
∎ ? Maintain regular communication with community people as well as tea garden management and
∎ local governme

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well acceptance to the community
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in Bangla
∎ Ability to understand and communicate with the Tea garden people
∎ Ability to work independently, under pressure and deliver on time
∎ Proven ability to work as a team member
∎ Proven commitment to gender equality and other human rights issues

Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
