∎ As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will bring technical expertise in full stack web development to deliver high-quality software solutions. You should embody a passion for continuous improvement, be comfortable working in an agile development environment and be familiar with standard testing methodologies.

∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate on the development and architecture of the core product using TypeScript, React, Next.js, tRPC, PostgreSQL, and Prisma
∎ Collaborate on technical decision-making and establish best practices and coding standards for the engineering team
∎ Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on product roadmaps and strategic initiatives
∎ Identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and architectural improvements
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence
∎
∎ Requirements:
∎ Extensive hands on coding experience (5+ years) in software development, with deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, tRPC, PostgreSQL, and Prisma
∎ Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex web applications in a fast-paced environment
∎ Strong architectural skills and ability to design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable systems
∎ Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
∎ Excellent Verbal and Written English communication skills
