What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years full-stack web development, with a strong emphasis on front-end.

• Proven expertise in Webflow, Next.js, React (or Vue/Angular), HTML5, CSS3/SASS.

• Proven expertise in WordPress development, including custom theme/plugin work and headless integrations.

• Hands-on experience creating and embedding Blender/Spline 3D animations.
  Back-end skills in Python (Django/Flask) and/or Node.js.

• Experience with serverless/backend hosting platforms for Webflow projects (Netlify Functions, Vercel, Firebase) and workflow automation (n8n or equivalent).

  Additional Skills & SEO tools:

• Yoast, Rank Math, Google Search Console

• Popular WordPress page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi)

• Minimum 4 years of job experience in WordPress and Webflow development

• Proven expertise in Webflow, TypeScript, React (or Vue/Angular), HTML5, CSS3.

• Job experience creating and embedding 3D animations using Spline or Blender.

• Back-end skills in Python (Django/Flask) and/or Node.js.

• Experience with serverless/backend hosting platforms for Webflow projects (Netlify Functions, Vercel, Firebase) and workflow automation (n8n or equivalent).

• API design experience (REST/GraphQL) and a security-first mindset.

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

What You’ll Do :

• Lead front-end builds in Webflow using Next.js & React (or Vue/Angular), with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness and performance.

• Integrate 3D animations created in Spline or Blender directly into Webflow sites.

• Design and consume RESTful/GraphQL APIs; integrate and support serverless/backend hosting solutions for Webflow projects (e.g., Netlify Functions, Vercel, Firebase) and automate workflows via n8n.

• Develop scalable, secure back-end services in Python (Django/Flask) and/or Node.js.

• Collaborate in Agile sprints: write clean, tested code, conduct peer reviews and optimize for speed and reliability.

Website Optimization

• Speed up websites using caching, lazy loading, and other optimization tools

• Minify CSS/JS files, reduce server requests, and implement CDN for faster load times

• Leverage AI-powered performance tools to automate optimization tasks and minimize development time

Security & Maintenance

• Enforce WordPress security protocols and best practices to safeguard against threats and vulnerabilities

• Maintain and update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to ensure platform stability and compliance

• Design, implement, and monitor backup and disaster-recovery solutions to guarantee data integrity and business continuity

Additional Features

• Ensure all custom features and designs are fully responsive across desktops, tablets, and mobiles

• Build custom forms, manage user roles, and implement unique functionalities

• SEO & Marketing Integration

• Apply technical SEO techniques (meta tags, schema, sitemaps, Google Webmaster Tools)

• Integrate Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel for marketing tracking

Database & Server Management
