Skills & Expertise

Frontend Development

• Expert in React.js and Next.js for building dynamic, responsive web apps.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend patterns.

• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API).

• Proficiency in building SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) applications.

• Skilled in responsive UI/UX development using Material UI, TailwindCSS, or Styled Components.

Performance & Optimization

• Strong focus on page performance, SEO optimization, and Core Web Vitals.

• Familiarity with code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies.

• Hands-on experience with Next.js Image optimization and API routes.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility (WCAG, ARIA).

Collaboration & Tools

• Proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD for UI collaboration.

This role requires deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks, strong UI/UX implementation skills, and the ability to work seamlessly with backend engineers and designers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing responsive web applications, optimizing performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Development

• Build and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications using Next.js/React.js.

• Implement pixel-perfect UI based on Figma/Design mockups.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize for different screen sizes.

Integration & Collaboration

• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.

• Work closely with designers and product managers to translate requirements into functional, high-quality interfaces.

• Maintain coding standards, reusability, and best practices across the codebase.

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize apps for SEO, speed, and performance benchmarks.

• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals for better search visibility.

Testing & Deployment

• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure quality.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Support the deployment process and ensure smooth releases.

• Salary Range: BDT 50,000 - 70,000 (Based on experience and expertise).
