∎ Minimum 2/3 years (Executive) & 6/7 years (Manager) experience in 3/4-star hotel or resort
∎ The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment

∎ Must have very good knowledge of using hotel software
∎ Proficiency in English (oral and written)
∎ Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
∎ The ability to learn new skills quickly

∎ Good organizational and multitasking abilities
∎ Problem-solving skills

∎ Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures
∎ Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)
∎ Schedule shifts
∎ Ensure timely and accurate customer service
∎ Handle complaints and specific customers requests
∎ Ensure proper mail distribution
