Responsibilities & Context:

An intern required to worki in our souvenir corner located in hotel reception. Responsibilities include

  • Customer Assistance: Helping guests choose souvenirs, answering questions about products, and providing recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Assisting with stock organization, tracking inventory levels, and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Processing sales transactions, managing the cash register, and ensuring accurate payments and receipts.
  • Display Maintenance: Keeping the souvenir displays tidy and attractive, rearranging items for visual appeal.
  • Product Knowledge: Learning about the origin, significance, and details of the items sold to share with customers.
  • Sales Support: Promoting special deals, discounts, or new arrivals to boost sales.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering guest feedback on products and customer service to help improve the souvenir shop’s offerings.
  • Assisting with Promotions: Helping set up displays for special events or holiday-themed promotions.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with inventory audits, pricing, and labeling products.
