  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly

  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

  • Manage room reservations and cancellations via phone, email, or in person

  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest needs

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

  • Uphold security procedures, including verifying guest identification

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and promote a positive guest experience
