Responsibilities & Context: - Overall management of the front desk office. Front desk and office Support Activities.
- Greeting and assisting visitors (local & foreign), and guests into the front office in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct the guest to the concern person to meet and provide proper guidance to the visitors with proper etiquette.
- To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, Bills and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
- To collect necessary information and promptly report office activities directly to responsible department.
- Must keep all the stakeholders Data of company data and Maintain Telephone directoryof the organization.
- Reporting to management and assisting with administrative task.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Maintain the telecommunications system, Computer and typing related work.
- Ensure reception area is organized and prepared in perfect manner.
- Office files and papers Maintain.
- Any other official work assigned by Management.
