Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and ensure a professional first impression.

  • Manage client appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.

  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and online bookings professionally.

  • Maintain client records and treatment history accurately.

  • Coordinate with doctors and technicians to ensure smooth client flow.

  • Manage cash and billing for client services following company procedures.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.

  • Assist in daily administrative and customer service tasks as required.
