Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and deliver products accurately and on time.
Make and receive phone calls and send SMS notifications to customers regarding product readiness, returns, and deliveries.
Update product status and job progress in the company software/system.
Sell products to walk-in customers and maintain good customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery operations.
Handle customer inquiries related to product availability, delivery status, and returns.
