Responsibilities & Context:
Receive products, verify against purchase orders/delivery notes, inspect for damages/discrepancies, and update the inventory system accordingly.
Prepare and dispatch products for delivery, ensuring proper packaging, accurate labeling, and timely coordination with delivery personnel/services.
Update job status, product orders, and delivery records in the software system accurately and on time.
Answer and manage phone calls related to product readiness, returns, and delivery inquiries.
