Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome students, guests and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
∎ Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including organizing and distributing packages.
∎ Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
∎ Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed Requirements.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive demeanor
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The ideal candidates are required to have enough exceptional communication and customer service skills to ensure our guests and clients have a positive experience.
