Responsibilities & Context:

Pro Info & Edu Consultant is one of the leading education consultancy firms based in Bangladesh and Australia since 2009. We have been serving our potential clients with student admission, visa processing as well as migration services (the would be one). We are about to recruit reliable, professional, and friendly Front Desk Officer (Banani Branch) to join our team. The ideal candidates are required to have enough exceptional communication and customer service skills to ensure our guests and clients have a positive experience.

  • Greet and welcome students, guests and visitors in a polite and professional manner.

  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including organizing and distributing packages.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed Requirements.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive demeanor

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organization and time management skills.
