- Previous experience as Front Desk Officer / Receptionist is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication skills in Bangla and English

Responsibilities & Context: - Greet and receive visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Offer & Serve coffee/tea and ensure basic hospitality for visitors and guests.
- Maintain visitor log/register and issue visitor passes.
- Guide visitors to concerned departments or personnel.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls appropriately.
- Receive, record, and distribute courier items.
- Maintain front desk register, dispatch register, and delivery records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Support HR/Admin tasks as assigned by management.
- Monitor office cleanliness and coordinate with support staff.
- Follow company policies, confidentiality, and office etiquette.
