  • Previous experience as Front Desk Officer / Receptionist is an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication skills in Bangla and English
  • Only females are allowed to apply.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet and receive visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Offer & Serve coffee/tea and ensure basic hospitality for visitors and guests.
  • Maintain visitor log/register and issue visitor passes.
  • Guide visitors to concerned departments or personnel.
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls appropriately.
  • Receive, record, and distribute courier items.
  • Maintain front desk register, dispatch register, and delivery records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
  • Support HR/Admin tasks as assigned by management.
  • Monitor office cleanliness and coordinate with support staff.
  • Follow company policies, confidentiality, and office etiquette.
