  • Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel). 


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Executive to join our team at TST White House. As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service. You will manage the reception area and handle various administrative tasks, supporting other departments as needed. 

Role:

  • Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records.
  • Manage administrative chores and organizational tasks.
  • Create a welcoming, professional environment for clients and customers.  

Tasks:

  • Manage the reception area and ensure the office is neat and tidy.
  • Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member/department.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Take care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain & disburse stationary and other stocks.
