Responsibilities & Context: Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Executive to join our team at TST White House. As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service. You will manage the reception area and handle various administrative tasks, supporting other departments as needed.
Role:
- Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records.
- Manage administrative chores and organizational tasks.
- Create a welcoming, professional environment for clients and customers.
Tasks:
- Manage the reception area and ensure the office is neat and tidy.
- Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors courteously and professionally.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member/department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Take care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintain & disburse stationary and other stocks.
