- Lead and manage all café operations with accountability.

- Handle all registration, licensing, compliance, and documentation tasks.
- Manage inventory, suppliers, procurement, and cost control.
- Oversee cash management, POS accuracy, and daily reporting.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements proactively.
- Drive sales growth and maintain high service standards.
