Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve by greeting welcoming and directing them appropriately·
∎ Notify relevant employee when visitor arrive·
∎ Keep an eye on security and telecommunication systems·
∎ Answer visitors question calls and provide them with relevant information
∎ Maintain Visitors employee and department directories and log·
∎ Follow security procedures such as monitoring the log book·
∎ Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures rules and regulations
